Additional Terms
Terms and conditions for Evolve Cellular services for Microsoft Teams implementations:
- Pricing above does not include applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges.
- Minimum order quantity of 5 telephone numbers applies to all customers.
- Products and services are subject to the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Usage Policy posted on Evolve Cellular Inc.’s website at www.evolvecellular.com/legal-documents, as well as Approved Contact’s website at https://sales.approvedcontact.com/wp-content/uploads/text-terms-of-use.pdf, and as modified from time-to-time.
- Customers are responsible for any other usage charges billed by other parties as a result of Customer’s violation of Evolve Cellular’s or Approved Contact’s Acceptable Use policy. These charges will be separately invoiced to the customer without markup.
- Customers are granted a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferrable, non-sublicensed right of use for Approved Contact’s Texting for Business client and Calendar Bot software.
- All texting done by the customer is to be person-to-person (P2P) only, unless a specific A2P texting service is approved.
- Emergency 911 service is not provided unless explicitly requested at the time a telephone number is activated. Customers acknowledge that Emergency 911 Service is waived, as are all related liability from Evolve Cellular.
- Toll-free (voice only) plans come with 2,000 minutes per month and include a toll free number. Overage per Toll Free Number will be billed on a post paid basis at $0.015 per minute.
- Text messaging plans include 2,000 text messages per month. Additional text messages will be charged in blocks of 2,000 messages per month for an additional $12 per block.
- If total aggregate minutes exceeds 2,000 minutes per non-auto attendant telephne number voice-related service plan, Customer will be charged additional minutes in 2,000 minute blocks at $10.00 per block.
- Customer must separately purchase the appropriate licenses from Microsoft that allow for MS Teams to work with the above services.
